The special issue was the result of a collaboration between the editorial team of Interartive, the research group &#8220;Urban Encounters and Conflicts&#8221; and I, as a chief editor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beginning with the initial scene of the film &#8220;Wings of desire&#8221; by Wim Wenders and the suggested panoramic view of the urban space, the text compares the Angel&#8217;s view with the panoptical view offered by digital devices.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Grammatikopoulou, Christina, \u2018Editorial: The Sky Over the City.
